Asset Summary

Asset Summary

Obtain a bird's eye view of the Assets module.

  1. Go to Assets.
  2. On the left navigation pane, select Summary.
  3. An overview of the assets will be displayed in the following widgets. 
Click the number beside a row to view the list of assets/workstations matching the row description.

Scan Summary

  1. Track the number of workstations and servers that were detected and inventoried in the last scan.
  2. You can re-scan or update scan credentials for unaudited workstations by clicking Troubleshoot.
  3. View the next scan schedule for UEM and agentless scans. Click the date displayed to reconfigure scan settings.
  4. View and track workstations/servers not scanned and hardware/software changes in the last 7 days.
  5. Obtain detailed audit reports instantly to stay on top of your audit compliance requirements.
  6. Configure UEM Agent or download agent for Windows/Mac/Linux machines.

Asset Status

  1. Track number of assets currently in store, in use, or in repair.
  2. Track number of unassigned workstations/servers and auto-assign them to the last-logged in user.
  3. Track number of assets that have completed their loan period.

Groups

  1. View and access asset groups to track the assets present.
  2. Create a new group or manage group details.
