Manage Expired Loans

You can track expired asset loans and notify users to return assets that have completed their loan period.
  1. In the Assets tab, go to Asset Loan section on the left pane.
  2. Select Loan Expired Assets.
  3. In the Loan Expired Assets page, select the loans listed and click Email User(s).
  4. Specify the user's email address in the To field. You can also CC other users if needed.
  5. Enter the subject and message.
  6. Add attachments, if any.
  7. Click Send.
Use the filter drop-down to view assets that completed their loan period based on product types, products, or sites.

Alternatively, you can also go to Loan Registry section to view expired loans.
  1. Select a asset on the registry list view.
  2. Click Email User(s) on the right pane to send an email notification.

You can also track expired loans from the asset summary page.
