Troubleshoot Unaudited Workstations

Inspect and re-scan workstations and servers that were not audited during the last scan.
Role Required: SDAdmin, SDSiteAdmin, Technicians with Add/Edit Assets permissions.
  1. In the Assets tab, select your preferred asset classification - IT Asset or Virtual Hosts and VMs.
  2. Select the relevant asset product type - Workstations, Servers, Virtual Hosts, or Virtual Machines.
  3. On the toolbar, click  and select Troubleshoot Unaudited Workstations.
  4. The unaudited devices will be listed. Use the filters to view the different types of workstations not scanned in the previously.

     5. Select the devices and click Scan Now.
  1. You can also change the scan credential of devices, if needed.
  2. Click Delete to remove the devices from AssetExplorer
This operation is not available for non IT assets and asset components.
