Configure Remote Control Credentials

Role Required: SDAdmin
 
Remote Control credentials are used for taking remote sessions of windows workstations.
 
To configure scan credentials for Remote Control,
  1. Navigate to Admin > Discovery > Credentials Library.
  2. Click Add New Credential.
  3. A New Credential pop-up opens.

  1. Select the Credential Type as Remote Control.
  2. Enter Name and Description.
  3. Specify any one of the following: Domain (or) Username (or) Password.
  4. Click Save Credential.
When establishing a Remote Control connection on client machines, it is necessary to provide the Remote Control credentials.
