Change Credentials

Workstation credentials are required to initiate remote sessions. If the workstation remote connection fails, you can change the credentials configured.

Role Required:  SDAdmin, SDSiteAdmin, AERemoteControl
  1. In the Assets tab, select Workstation on the left navigation pane under IT Assets.
  2. Select the name of your preferred workstation.
  3. In the workstation details page is displayed, go to Remote Control > Change Credentials.
  4. The credentials configured for remote control under Admin > Discovery > Credential Library will be listed in the drop-down. Select the relevant credential.
    1. Click  to create a new credential.
  5. Click Save.
