The ports - ICMP echo and ICMP echo reply, should be allowed in the firewall as it is used to ping the target machines.

Enable technicians to access and take control of workstations remotely for troubleshooting or support purposes.

AssetExplorer allows technicians to connect remotely via UEM Product integration or Web RDP.
