Configure Telnet/SSH Credentials

Configure Telnet/SSH Credentials

Role Required: SDAdmin
 
Telnet/SSH scan credentials are used for scanning Solaris, AIX, and HPUX.
 
To configure Telnet/SSH credentials,
  1. Navigate to Admin > Discovery > Credentials Library.
  2. Click Add New Credential.
  3. A New Credential pop-up opens.

  1. Choose the Credential Type as Telnet/SSH.
  2. Select the Protocol as either Telnet or SSH.
  3. Enter the Port Number.
  4. Enter the Username.
  5. Disable sudo privilege to allow all technicians to access this credential for the scan.
  6. Enable the Public key check box or enter the Private Key authentication details.
  7. Enter the Password.
  8. Click Save Credential.
