Agreement Additional Fields


You can customize the license agreement forms with extra fields. These additional fields will be shown under the License Agreement Details section in the license agreement forms.
 
Role Required: SDAdmin

To configure the license agreement additional fields,
  1. Go to Admin > Software > Agreement Additional Fields.
  2. Select your preferred type: Text, Numeric, Date/time, or Cost.
  3. Provide label and description.
  4. Select a type based on the chosen field.
    1. For text fields: Single-Line, Multi-Line, or Pick-List, and choose a default value (if required).
    2. For cost fields: Add cost or Subtract cost and choose a default value (if required).
  5. For pick-list type fields, type the required value and click Add. You can delete a value by selecting the value and clicking Delete.
  6. Finally, click Save.
You can add up to 12 text fields and 4 numeric, date/time, and cost fields. The label character limit for all fields is 100.
