AssetExplorer integrates with ManageEngine Analytics Plus and Analytics Plus Cloud, allowing for quick report generation, analysis, and interpretation of AssetExplorer data.
This integration offers timely sync and is compatible with both Analytics Plus On-premises and Cloud.

Prerequisites
Generate OAuth Credentials
AssetExplorer uses an OAuth-based authorization protocol to provide secure and delegated access to users.
To create OAuth credentials,
- Sign in to Zoho API Console as an administrator by using one of the data center links below.
- United States
- Europe
- India
- Australia
- China
For Analytics Plus Cloud integration, ensure that the data center you select corresponds with the signup data center.
- You will be prompted to set up a new client. Click Create Now on the Server-based Applications card.
- Enter a Client Name.
- Enter your AssetExplorer domain URL as the Homepage URL.
- Enter your AssetExplorer Redirect URI as the Authorized Redirect URIs.
- Click Create.
- Under the Client Secret tab, copy the Client ID and the Client Secret value to configure them in AssetExplorer.
Analytics Plus On-Premises Integration
To integrate ManageEngine Analytics Plus on-premises,
- Go to Admin > Apps & Add-ons > Integrations > ManageEngine.
- On the Advanced Analytics card, click Settings > Setup Advanced Analytics Integration.
- Under the Initial Setup tab, choose the On-premises radio button.
- Use the pointers to configure the following fields.

Once integrated, you can view the Analytics Plus Cloud admin details, Sync Status, and Last Successful Sync Time on the top of the configuration page.

You can access Analytics Plus On-premises in AssetExplorer by navigating to the Reports tab and selecting Advanced Analytics.
Analytics Plus Cloud Integration
After generating the OAuth credentials, complete the integration in AssetExplorer.
- Go to Admin > Apps & Add-ons > Integrations > ManageEngine.
- On the Advanced Analytics card, click Settings > Setup Advanced Analytics Integration.
- Under the Initial Setup tab, choose the On Cloud radio button.
- Configure the fields using the pointers below.

*Mandatory fields
- Click Save or Save and Sync to synchronize your data instantly.
Assets, workstations, software, and software licenses will be synced.
- On clicking the Save option, a pop-up window will list the necessary permissions for Analytics Plus Cloud. Click Accept to complete the integration.
If pop-ups are blocked on your browser, clicking the save options will open the user consent page.
It will notify that the application is attempting to redirect to the Analytics Plus Cloud Reports API. Select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from <AssetExplorer_domain_URL> and click Done.
After you've added your application URL as an exception, reconfigure the Analytics Plus Cloud Integration.
Once integrated, you can view the Analytics Plus Cloud admin details, Sync Status, and Last Successful Sync Time on the top of the configuration page.

You can access Analytics Plus Cloud in AssetExplorer by navigating to the Reports tab and selecting Advanced Analytics.
Configuration Page Actions
Once ManageEngine Analytics plus integration is configured, requests, changes, projects, tasks, worklogs, solutions, request time elapsed analysis, surveys, assets, workstations, software, software licenses along with their additional fields will be synced. Encrypted additional fields of requests, resource data for service requests, under-licensed/ignored changes, and projects will not be synced.
