View Service Packs

View Service Packs

AssetExplorer helps in monitoring various service packs like hotfixes, security updates, installers, etc. by scanning workstations.

Role Required: SDAdmin, Technicians with View Assets permission.

To view the service pack details,
  1. Go to Software > Service Packs
  2. Click the service pack name to view its details.
 
The service pack details page shows the number of installations as well as the specific software it applies to.
