Attachment Settings

Attachment Settings


Configure file attachment settings such as file size and file type and save location.
 
To configure these,
  1. Go to Admin > General Settings > Attachment Settings.
  2. Maximum attachment size (MB): Provide a numerical value to set the maximum size for the attachments.
  3. Configure default location to save attachments: Provide the preferred path to save the attachments.
  4. File attachment filtering: Configure the file attachment types you want to allow or restrict in the Include or Exclude box. To allow all file types, choose All Files.
  5. To add a new attachment type, click Add New in the drop-down menu.
  6. Finally, click Save.
 

 
To view the changes made to the configurations, click View History in the top-right corner.
