Troubleshoot Unaudited Computers

Inspect and re-scan computers that were not audited during the last scan.

Role Required: SDAdmin, SDSiteAdmin, and Technicians with Add/Edit Assets permissions.
  1. Go to your preferred Computer product type list view.
  2. On the toolbar, click and select Troubleshooting Unaudited Computers.
 

  1. On the slider, the unaudited devices will be listed. Use the drop-downs to filter for computers and the last scan period.
  1. Select the devices using checkboxes and click Scan Now. You can also change the scan credentials of devices, if needed.
  2. Click Delete to remove the devices permanently.

 This operation is available only for all Computers and its child product types.
