System Log Viewer

View the error logs generated by AssetExplorer.
To view performance logs and to schedule performance monitoring click on performance monitoring tool 

View Error Logs

  1. Click the Community tab in the header pane.
  2. Click System Log Viewer under Troubleshoot section.

View Individual Error Details

In the Error Log list view page, click the hyper linked error message to view the following details:
  1. The complete error message
  2. Module where the error occurred
  3. Date and time when the error occurred
  4. Probable cause of the error
  5. User who performed the operation that caused the error. System-generated errors will contain System in the Performed By field.
Click Close.
None of these fields are editable. You can also search for a specific error log details. 

Search Error Logs

  1. In the Error Log list view page, click %.
  2. Enter the search string in the relevant column.
  3. Press Enter on your keyboard or click Go.

Delete Error Logs

  1. Select the error messages in the error log list view.
  2. Click Delete.
Click Delete All to delete all the existing error messages.
