View the error logs generated by AssetExplorer.
View Error Logs
- Click the Community tab in the header pane.
- Click System Log Viewer under Troubleshoot section.
View Individual Error Details
In the Error Log list view page, click the hyper linked error message to view the following details:
- The complete error message
- Module where the error occurred
- Date and time when the error occurred
- Probable cause of the error
- User who performed the operation that caused the error. System-generated errors will contain System in the Performed By field.
Click Close.
None of these fields are editable. You can also search for a specific error log details.
Search Error Logs
- In the Error Log list view page, click %.
- Enter the search string in the relevant column.
- Press Enter on your keyboard or click Go.
Delete Error Logs
- Select the error messages in the error log list view.
- Click Delete.
Click Delete All to delete all the existing error messages.
