Support Policy

Support will be provided only for the AssetExplorer builds 7000 and above. We recommend you upgrade to the latest version to continue receiving support. 
Support for scripts, query reports, and customizations is chargeable.
Scripts, query reports, and customizations will be offered only for builds 7000 and above.

Why should you upgrade?  

The latest version of AssetExplorer brings you new features that improve your asset management and enhance IT service delivery. In the new release, existing bugs are fixed, reducing the number of issues and breakdowns.
Please note that upgrades will be charged if a support personnel must perform the upgrade.

All information about the latest versions is available here, and the latest version can be downloaded from here. If you are using a build earlier than 7000, follow these steps to upgrade to the latest edition. If your upgrade fails, refer here for assistance to restore your build.
