Subscriptions

Subscriptions

Role Required: SDAdmin, Technicians with View Assets permission.

The Subscription tab within Software > Microsoft 365 shows the different applications and licenses available to users.

You can filter subscriptions based on tenants using the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

The subscriptions will be displayed with the following unit counts:
  1. Available Units
  2. Warning Units
  3. Purchased Units
  4. Assigned Units
  5. Suspended Units
The available license count for each subscription is displayed below the subscription title. Click the count to view the list of apps included with the licenses.

Click the Assigned Units count to view the assigned users and services in a pop-up.

In some cases, the assigned unit count may not match the list view. This happens if some licensed users were not imported from Microsoft 365, or if the logged-in user is limited to viewing only specific users due to site restrictions.
