Sites

Sites are used to classify the various branches of an organization present in the same region. They provide control over the ITAM processes across the organization irrespective of the locations and working hours.

Role Required: SDAdmin
 

Add Sites 

  1. You can configure the various sites of your organization located within a region under Admin > Organizational Details > Sites.
  2. Click New Site.
  3. Fill in the organizational details such as the Site Name and Description. Select the region to which the site belongs.
  4. Fill in the other details, such as address and contact details.
  5. Click Save or Save and Add New.


Edit/Delete Sites 

  1. To edit a site, click the icon on the site list view page and make necessary changes.
  1. To delete sites, select one or more sites using the checkboxes and go to ActionsDelete Site(s).
  1. Sites that are deleted when they are configured with a module will be moved to an inactive state on deletion. Use the filter drop-down to view inactive sites.
