Purchase Request Settings

Use Purchase Request settings to configure notifications.

To notify technicians when a purchase request is created,
  1. Select the Send email notification to technicians… check box. Use Customize Template to modify the notification message.
  2. Select the Site for which the notifications must be configured.
  3. Select and add a technician’s name with email ID to the notification list
 A technician's name without an email ID can not be added to the notification list.
