Predefined Reports


AssetExplorer provides predefined reports that technicians can use to generate reports instantly. Predefined reports can also be edited to fine-tune the data as needed.

To access the reports, go to the Reports tab and browse the listed folders. Select a folder and click on the desired report to generate it. 

Role Required: SDAdmin, Technicians with Complete Access to reports.

The various predefined reports are as follows:

  1. Technicians who haven't logged in for the last 30 days
  2. Last Login and logout time of technicians
  3. Number of logins of technicians in the current month
