Performance Settings improve the performance and stability of the application.
Role Required: SDAdmin
To access performance settings, go to Admin > General Settings > Performance Settings.
General
To optimize performance, go to the General tab under Performance Settings.
- Configure Database Maintenance Schedule by enabling it and selecting a preferred Frequency and start time.
- To avoid performance issues, schedule maintenance during non-operational hours.
- Set the thresholds for Disk, Memory, and CPU usage. You can also choose to be notified if these thresholds are exceeded by selecting Send e-mail notification.
Reports Settings
- To configure report settings, go to the Reports tab under Performance Settings.
- Adjust report criteria limits for rows, simultaneous user access, and report generation timeouts.
- Set the limits for Maximum criteria values under Advanced Filtering during report generation and the Maximum number of workstations that can be fetched for Audit History by Workstation report.
