Manage Loanable Assets

  1. In the Assets tab, go to Asset Loan section on the left pane.
  2. Select Loanable Assets. All asset that can be loaned, including assets that are currently loaned are listed on this page.
  3. Use the filter drop-down to view loanable assets based on product types, products, or sites.

Add Assets to be Loaned

Mark assets that can be loaned. Loanable assets list can be viewed and tracked separetly in AssetExplorer.
  1. Click Mark Loanable Asset(s).
  2. Select the assets to be marked. You can use the filters to refine the list of assets displayed.
  3. Click Save.


Assets not marked as loanable assets can be loaned to users from the Add/Edit Assets form.

Withdraw Assets from Loanable Assets List

To take off certain assets from the list of loanable assets,
  1. Select the assets from the list view.
  2. Click Remove Loanable Asset(s).
