LDAP Authentication


Role Required: SDAdmin

You can allow users to log in to AssetExplorer using their LDAP credentials.

  1. After the users are imported, hover over the LDAP authentication check box.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Select the Enable LDAP Authentication checkbox.
  4. Click Save.


Users can log in using LDAP authentication by choosing LDAP from the Domain drop-down on the login screen and entering their LDAP login credentials.
For Windows users, Active Directory authentication will be disabled automatically if LDAP authentication is enabled.
