Introduction - Asset Loan

Asset loan helps technicians to lend IT assets to users temporarily and manage them systematically.

Administrators can automate notifications to be triggered when assets are loaned/returned, when a loan is extended, and when a loan expires.

Role Required: SDAdmin

To configure asset loan notifications, go to Admin > Organization Details > Notification Rules > Asset and enable the notifications under Asset Ownership and Loan Notifications. Learn more.
Notifications are sent to the technicians based on their site permissions. Technicians will receive notifications regarding assets only from the sites they are associated with.
