FAQs Related to Upgrading AssetExplorer
Should Endpoint Central be upgraded separately for subsequent service packs?
While upgrading AssetExplorer to later versions, a few upgrades might require Endpoint Central also to be upgraded for compatibility. In such cases, a message would be displayed on the top banner in AssetExplorer. Please note that this upgrade must be performed manually.
How to upgrade the Endpoint Central agent?
The agent will automatically get updated as soon as a new agent gets released.
