Email Software Users

Email software users to notify them of updates or announcements.

Role Required: SDAdmin, Technicians with Complete Access to Assets.

1. Go to Software > Scanned Software.
   
2. Click the software to view its details.
   
3. Go to the Users tab and click Send Mail.
   
4. Customize the Subject, Description, and To address as required.
   
5. Click Send.
