Edit, Print, or Delete a License Agreement


Role Required: SDAdmin, Technicians with Complete Access to Assets.

Edit License Agreement 

To edit a license agreement,
  1. Go to Software > License Agreement.
  2. Click the agreement number in the License Agreement list view.
  3. Click Actions > Edit Agreement on the agreement details page.
  4. Make changes as required and click Save.
 The manufacturer's name in the license agreements cannot be edited. 

 

Print License Agreement 

To print a license agreement,
  1. Go to Software > License Agreement.
  2. Click the agreement number in the License Agreement list view.
  3. Click Actions > Print Agreement on the agreement details page.


Delete License Agreement 

To delete a license agreement,
  1. Go to Software > License Agreement.
  2. Select the license agreement(s) from the License Agreement list view.
  3. Click Delete.
