Edit or Delete Service Packs

Role Required: SDAdmin, Technicians with Complete Access to Assets.

To edit a service pack,
  1. Go to Software > Service Packs.
  2. Click the name of the service pack you wish to edit to view its details.
  3. Click the Edit button displayed on the header.
  4. Make the necessary changes to the Service Pack Name, Type, and Description.
  5. You can also add software to the existing service pack list by moving it from the Available Software to the Selected Software pick list.
  6. Finally, click Save.

 
To delete a service pack,
  1. Go to Software > Service Packs.
  2. Select the service pack(s) from the list view and click Delete.
