Edit, Export, or Delete a License


Role Required: SDAdmin, Technicians with Complete Access to Assets.

Edit a License 

  1. Go to Software > Software Licenses.
  2. Click your preferred software name to view its details.
  3. Click Edit and make changes as required.
  4. Finally, click Save.
The software and manufacturer name cannot be edited. 


 

Delete a License 

  1. Go to Software > Software Licenses.
  2. From the Software License list view, select the license(s) you want to remove.
  3. Click Delete and confirm your action.


Export Licenses 

  1. Go to Software > Software Licenses.
  2. Click Export as on the Software Licenses list view.
  3. Choose the export format from the following options: HTML, PDF, XLS, XLSX, CSV, DOC, DOCX, XML.
