Customize Notification Template

Role Required: SDAdmin

  1. Go to Organizational Details > Notification Rules.
  2. Navigate to the relevant notification tab and click Customize Template against the desired rule.
  3. Modify the email subject and body as required.
  4. You can also add dynamic content using variables. For example, $Status will dynamically get updated to the appropriate entity status when the notification is sent.
  5. Within the notification message, type $ to list all variables that can be captured.
  6. Finally, click Save.
