Custom Settings - Report Settings


Custom settings allow you to modify the structure of the report.

Role Required: SDAdmin, Technicians with Complete Access to reports.

To access custom settings,
  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Click Custom Settings. 
  3. Customize your report using the following pointers:
Settings
Description
Tabular Column Size
Specify font size for small text, large text, number, date, and time.
Matrix Column Size
Specify the width and height of cells.
Chart Size
Specify the width and height of the charts.
General Settings
  1. Select the preferred time format.
  2. Choose to disable links in reports.
  3. Choose to view one group per page
  4. Define missing values in reports with indicative text such as not assigned, null, or no data.
  5. Specify the font file path for unsupported languages to export reports as PDFs.
  6. Set the length of column display names in bytes
Remove Header Settings
Remove the header and charts from reports to enhance the reusability of data in other applications or custom scripts.
Choose the desired format to export the reports without headers: HTML, PDF, XLS, XLSX, and CSV file formats.
Bar Chart/Stacked Bar Chart Settings
Specify the number of columns and the label length of the Chart.
