Contract Type

The contract type is a classification used to categorize contacts into different types, such as maintenance, support, or warranty. You can configure new contract types and configure them with contracts as required.

Create New Contract Type

  1. Go to Admin > Contracts > Contract Type.
  2. Click New.
  3. Provide the following information:
    1. Contract Type: Provide a unique name for the contract type.
    2. Description: Add a relevant description.
  4. Click Save.

View, Edit, or Delete Contract Types

All contract types are listed under the contract type configuration page. To access it, go to Admin > Contract > Contract Type.
  1. To view or edit a contract type, click on a contract name or use the icon and select Edit.
  2. Use the icon to delete a contract type. You can also select multiple contract types using the checkboxes and use the icon.
Contract types that are deleted when they are configured with contracts will be moved to an inactive state on deletion. Use the filter drop-down to view inactive contract types.
