Asset Additional Fields

Additional fields are used to capture extra information related to IT and Non-IT assets. You can customize the asset forms to include different types of additional fields such as type text, numeric, or date/time.
  1. Go to Admin > Asset Management > Workstation - Additional Fields.
  2. Select your preferred type: Text, Numeric, or Date/time.
  3. Provide label and description.
    1. For text fields: Select the type as Single-Line, Multi-Line, or Pick-List.
    2. For pick-list type fields: Add pick-list values by typing them and clicking Add.
    3. Choose a default value.
  4. Click Save.
You can add up to 24 text fields, 10 numeric fields, and 10 date/time fields.
