Allocate/Deallocate Software License


Role Required: SDAdmin, Technicians with Complete Access to Assets.

Allocate License 

  1. Go to Software > Software Licenses.
  2. Click your preferred software to view its details.
  3. Click Allocate License on the top-right.
  4. Select the installations from the pop-up.
  5. Click Allocate License.

 

Deallocate License 

  1. Go to Software > Software Licenses.
  2. Click your preferred software to view its details.
  3. Under the Allocated to section, select the installations from which you want to deallocate the license.
  4. Click Deallocate License and confirm your action.
