Add CI to Asset Groups

Organize CIs in groups based on various properties. You can add CIs to static groups from the list view.
  1. On the CI list view, select the preferred CIs.
  2. Go to Actions > Add To Group on the toolbar.
    1. Select an existing static group to which the CIs must be moved.
    2. You can also create a new group by providing the name and description and add the CI instantly..
  3. Click Save.



You can create static groups and organize CIs in dynamic groups from Groups section on the left pane. Learn more.
When CIs created from assets are added to a group, the corresponding asset will also be added to a group.
