Attributes are used to collect additional data for CIs. They appear as additional fields under the CI details section.
- Go to the CI details page
- Click Add Attribute under the CI Info tab.
- Enter the Name of the attribute and the value you want to store.
- Click Save.
The attributes recorded for one CI will not reflected for other CIs, even if they are of the same type.

You cannot define attributes for CIs added from Assets module.
